Rachel Karantayer is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Art Therapist and Artist based in Toronto. With experience spanning the University of Toronto, Baycrest Hospital, alongside an array of community organizations, she specializes in trauma‑informed, art‑based approaches that support emotional literacy, self‑esteem, and accessible mental health care. Her work blends meditation, creative expression, and reflective practice to help clients and communities reconnect with their strengths, stories, and authentic selves.
