Rachel Karantayer is a Psychotherapist and Art Therapist (qualifying) based in Toronto. With experience spanning the University of Toronto, Baycrest Hospital, and community organizations, she specializes in trauma‑informed, art‑based approaches that support emotional literacy, self‑esteem, and accessible mental health care. Her work blends meditation, creative expression, and reflective practice to help students and communities reconnect with their strengths, stories, and sense of possibility.
